Collaborative design project with Jeff Sayers of Freestyle Builders, Inc. of Madison. Program includes a newly constructed 3500SF residence on the site of an existing home in the Village of Shorewood Hills, Wisconsin. The new home re-purposes the existing the materials and fixtures when possible to create a new home featuring 3 bedrooms, a master suite, open living area/kitchen and a finished basement media/game room.
