Project to renovate the second level, attic, and front porch of an existing historic home in a historic neighborhood in Madison, Wisconsin. The project will reconfigure the second level to meet the current needs of the owner, in addition to finishing the attic for future conversion into an apartment. Lastly, the project will restore the front porch to an open space with the option of removable screens.
