Conceptual design for a 100 acre outdoor recreation facility including a covered amphitheater for 10,000 guests, a convention/exhibition center, hotel, restaurants, retail, museum, archery/shooting range, a small cafe and a variety of outdoor activity areas including a man-made lake, zip-lines, and bird watching boardwalks.
